Directory of Special Libraries in the Toronto Area

The Directory of Special Libraries in the Toronto Area has been completely
re-designed by Andornot Consulting Inc. The Directory has been out-of-date for
some time now, but with this new design adding new records and updating old
ones will be possible through a new web-based interface. The search interface
has also been updated.

If you are a record owner, you will be receiving an email message from the
Directory asking for an update to your record. Because the Directory is somewhat
out of date, email messages may bounce and we ask for your cooperation through
what might be 2-3 rounds of requests for updates. To assist with the updating,
please take a moment to search the Directory (
for your organization. If the contact information is incorrect, please send
corrections to:

The Directory is consistently ranked as one of the top 3 resources accessed
on the SLA Toronto site. The Executive Board is very proud to see this valuable
resource, once again, alive and breathing.

Daniel Lee is Chair of Public Relations for SLA Toronto and a Research Librarian
with Navigator Ltd. in Toronto. Daniel can be reached by e-mail at

Hello! The link to the Special Libraries Directory no longer works? Is there another more fruitful link? 😉

    Thanks a bunch
